PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIMES

• Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Standard orders are meticulously inspected, beautifully packaged, and dispatched within one to three (1–3) business days from the time of order confirmation.

• Bespoke and Made-to-Order Pieces: Custom creations, specific sizing alterations, or limited-run jewelry require specialized artisanal assembly. Please allow an estimated two to four (2–4) weeks for production prior to shipment. Estimated timelines will be communicated directly by our Concierge.

• Note on Weekends: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national and religious holidays.

HIGH-VALUE SECURITY AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY

Because our collections represent significant value, safety is our absolute priority:

• Mandatory Direct Signature: All shipments from Bob Ore Studio require a direct adult signature upon delivery. The courier will not release the package without a physical signature. Packaged goods cannot be left unattended on porches, at doorsteps, or with building management without explicit client authorization, which transfers all liability to the buyer.

• Discretely Insured Packaging: For security purposes, your order will arrive in a completely unbranded, highly secure outer shipping box. The name "Bob Ore Studio" will not appear on the exterior label to mitigate the risk of theft. Full shipping transit insurance is maintained by Bob Ore Studio until the package is signed for at the designated destination.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

• Complimentary Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary secure courier shipping on orders exceeding a designated threshold.

• Expedited/Priority Shipping: Overnight or priority express shipping options are available at checkout for urgent acquisitions.

• International Deliveries and Customs: Bob Ore Studio ships to select international luxury markets. Please note that international shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs broker fees levied by the destination country. These fees are completely independent of Bob Ore Studio and must be settled by the recipient upon arrival.

REAL-TIME TRACKING AND DELAYS

As soon as your order is handed over to our secure courier, an automated email and SMS notification will be transmitted containing your tracking number and direct links to monitor the transit live. While we strive to meet all delivery windows, Bob Ore Studio cannot be held liable for unexpected transit delays resulting from severe weather conditions, customs bottlenecks, or logistical disruptions imposed by the carrier.
